• Helpdesk Support – Elcom provide support to our customers that covers the full business day in the region of the world that they operate. This ensures that Elcom provides the support needed, when it’s needed and back up that support with Service Level Agreements that ensure our customers get the highest levels of customer service;
• Full Service Management – Elcom’s solutions are deployed as a fully managed and hosted service so there’s no hardware or software to buy and IT overheads to worry about. Customer systems are configured in a way that match their business processes so that they just log in and go. Elcom manage all aspects of the service delivery from capacity planning to software upgrades;
• Full Implementation Services – Elcom provide a full implementation service to our customers. Our experienced eProcurement consultants will go through the entire business process review and then implement the system in the agreed manner using industry standard project management methodologies. Technical integration with other systems will be performed as part of this service as will end user training and the provision of full documentation. This means our customers are able to derive maximum benefit from the system as soon as it goes live;
• Business Process Review – Elcom’s solutions give our customers the opportunity to review their business processes and streamline those processes to provide maximum efficiency and control. Working with key stakeholders, our experienced consultants will map existing processes and develop new procedures that provide the necessary controls whilst making the overall process simple and easy to understand;
• Integration – Elcom’s solutions have integrated with all the industry-leading Financial Management and ERP Systems, so customers can be reassured that they will be able to seamlessly link the Elcom solution with their existing finance systems;
• Bespoke Development – We offer a bespoke development service for customers that was to customise their Elcom Solution to meet their particular needs.
